Agua Caliente Knolls is one of most northern neighborhoods in the greater area of Sonoma Valley. In 2007 there were only 5 houses sold. The prices were between $822,000 and $1,599,000.
This may look like a big price gap, but in general most of the houses are in the price range from $750,000 to $950,000. If the pricetag is larger, the lot size is likely to be an acre or more.
However, all of the houses have good sized parcels, the majority having substantially larger lots than in comparable neighborhoods. The quiet country location plus the larger parcel sizes are several reasons this neighborhood is so desirable.
